Send your artwork
Submit your design and quantity. Please include all details such as your preferred thread types (or send us the Pantone numbers), fabric backings, and exact color requirements.
Approve the proof
Once all details are confirmed, we create a custom embroidery program and send a high-resolution photo of the stitched sample via email for your final approval or changes.
We produce
After your approval, we manufacture your order within the agreed timeframe. Every production piece undergoes strict quality control (QC) and careful packaging.
We deliver
We ship via Thailand Post, DHL, or alternative carriers. To protect you from rising fuel costs, we actively compare rates to provide the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option available.
